Altered Books for Junk Journals and Memory Keepers - Saturday 14th June

With instructions and demos on using a variety of materials and techniques to alter books for different uses,  you will then choose an old book from my collection and make your own memory keeper or altered book journal to take home.  Please feel free to bring an old book of your own. No art experience or skills needed.

All materials are provided, as are step by step instructions plus tips and ideas. Suitable for all skill levels and people aged 18+ (or 14+ if accompanied by an adult). Booking in advance is essential as the workshops requires a minimum of 2 people to go ahead and are limited to 8.

This class takes place from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday 14th June  at Union Street Gallery and Art Hub, Union Street, Grantham NG31 6NZ and is part of the Kitchen Table Creatives programme of workshops featuring a wide range of guided sessions on using low cost, everyday items and easy to find materials to make paper-based art at home.
