Little Frayed Birds - Friday 16th May

Design and make your own textile bird to hang or display. Only a small amount of basic stitching is involved as you add fabric to a basic form, fraying and adding small details as you go. No sewing experience necessary. 

All materials are provided, as are step by step instruction plus tips and ideas. suitable for all skill levels and people aged 18+ (or 14+ if accompanied by an adult). Booking is essential as the workshops requires a minimum of 2 people to go ahead and are limited to 8.

This class takes place from 10.30am to 12.30pm Friday 16th May at Union Street Gallery and Art Hub, Union Street, Grantham NG31 6NZ and is part of the PollyWhistle Textile Treats programme of workshops featuring a wide range of fabric-based projects and tutorials.
